{Elizabeth & Richard @Renaissance Vinoy}

Richard and Elizabeth met at work in 2001.  Their paths parted as he took other employment but they always stayed in touch and remained friends. They started working together again in 2006, and as destiny would have it their friendship turned into their wedding day on 9.14.13!

Elizabeth looked absolutely gorgeous, and Richard was brought to tears at the site of his stunning bride as they shared an intimate moment during their first look.  The tea garden of the Vinoy was beautifully decorated for their ceremony.  Yellow and white rose petals floated in the fountain and also lined the center isle.  The trellis was draped in white, with yellow and white floral arrangements and A BEAUTIFUL chandelier was the centerpiece.  Elizabeth's daughter Kate was her maid of honor and her son Kyle walked her down the aisle.

Everyone enjoyed the cocktail hour on the balcony of the mezzanine with white lounge furniture and yellow and black pillows. The theme for the reception was Parisian, as Elizabeth and Richard are going to Paris for their honeymoon.  Dinner was in the indoor mezzanine and decorated with open glass floral centerpieces, white chivari charis, and pewter and black textured linens.  Instead of the traditional wedding cake,  they opted for a pastry station.  So instead of a cake cutting the shared Creme Brûlée:-)  There were lots of happy tears, you could feel the love and joy shared by their friends and family the entire day!  Congrats Elizabeth and Richard!! xoxoxo
