Legacy Lane Farm Wedding | Blanch & Craig
Saturday 3.14.20 Blanch and Craig got married at the beautiful estate, Legacy Lane Farm. I am very behind on getting all the beautiful work that the team of wedding professionals collectively turned into this gorgeous wedding! This was our very last weekend of weddings before COVID took over, masks, school from home, and the world that I thought I knew shifted into something that has weighed on me personally very heavily. I am so thankful for all of the amazing and diverse couples that we get to share and capture some of their most important moments with. So, it’s time to start getting them on here again. Blanch and the girls had the whole plantation house you see above for getting ready and the guys had the farmhouse complete with it’s own pool and basketball court!
Blanch’s dad had passed away in November 2018 and they had a special sign and spot for him both at the ceremony and on her bouquet. Blanch and Craig didn’t see each other before the ceremony and I absolutely love being able to capture the groom’s face as he sees his bride for the first time. Having gotten to know these 2 and how much Craig adores Blanch you can just see it on his face! They have 5 kids between the 2 of them, 4 boys and 1 girl, all in the wedding party, and all included in the unity sand ceremony as they officially joined together not just as a couple but as a family!
We had done their engagement session here as well because there are literally so many cool places on this property for photos. So we saved the plantation home balcony and the giant oaks for their wedding day. Lisa and her team from Event Sisters transformed the carriage house into a perfectly elegant reception setup in rounds and family style with greenery, florals, and stringed lights. You can tell this is one fun crew and by both the words spoken by their closest friends and family they are so dearly loved and celebrated.
