Classic Blue Whimsical Meets Tropical Styled Shoot | Centre Club Tampa
We literally just did this Marry Me Tampa Bay styled shoot end of October designed and planned by John Campell Weddings and what do you know, Pantone JUST released their color of the year 2020 which happens to be classic blue! This team (all linked at the very bottom) went over the top to create a whimsical, art deco theme at the Centre Club. I love styled shoots for getting to be out of the box creative, and the opportunity to work with wedding pros we love and ones we don’t know that we love yet. The Centre Club is super unique because it has inside ceremony spaces with an outdoor natural light feel. This first look you will see is filled with gold, gray, white, and a cake made entirely of cake pops!
The 2nd space that ceremonies can happen is the atrium downstairs and I love that the tropical theme totally goes along with the tropical greenery that is already there. The light in the atrium and the courtyard just outside is just stunning. My personal favorite place for photos of the couple is in the Origins Lounge they call it modern “Floribbiean” style with winding sticks lining the ceiling because “Tampa” is believed to mean “sticks of fire.” Another little gem is the windy stairwell at the very far side of the hotel. Friede and James were so fun to work with and looked beautiful in that gown and blue tux with black lapel. We can’t wait to see what everyone does with classic blue in their weddings this year!
