When love is in the air, not even the fiercest winds can dampen its spirit. Ashleigh and Steve tied the knot at The Current Hotel in Tampa. Their color palette of black, white, and navy, accented with touches of greenery, set the tone for a chic affair. As Ashleigh prepared to walk down the aisle, she was surrounded by love and laughter, with her mom and matron of honor by her side, ensuring she was picture-perfect in her stunning gown.

Steve's accessories included a sleek watch, stylish gear cufflinks, and the standout detail: the personalized "Mr. Mattingley" hanger. Ashleigh gifted Steve a touching memento—a collection of photos and captions documenting their journey together, culminating in this special day.

Ashleigh and Steve couldn't imagine their big day without their beloved pup, Luna, who was the “best dog” and ring bearer. With the help of Ilanna from Fairytail Petcare, Luna was kept calm and ready for her role every step of the way. Steve proudly escorted Luna down the aisle, where she patiently waited at the front for Ashleigh's arrival. Adding to the significance of the moment, their longtime family friend, Jiggs, officiated their beautiful ceremony, a role he also played years ago for Ashleigh's brother. It was a beautiful testament to the bonds of friendship and family that have been woven into their lives.

This was our first wedding we’ve gotten to photograph at the Current, and this venue didn't disappoint. With its sleek lobby boasting a funky black ceiling, chic marble walls, and artsy vibes all around, it had so many amazing inside options. Despite the crazy winds, we lucked out with some killer spots along the sandy shores, tucked away with lush greenery, and the view of the bay with the rock breakwall at sunset was perfection.

Their reception was a true reflection of Ashleigh and Steve's thoughtful details, designed to delight their guests. An amazing sweets table, cigar bar, and swag bags filled with local Tampa treasures like sponges from Tarpon and custom M&Ms added a personalized flair that everyone appreciated. Who doesn't love some awesome swag, right? To kick off the festivities, they entered the reception with cold sparklers lighting up the dance floor for their unforgettable first dance. It was a night to remember, filled with laughter, love, and all their favorite people in one place to celebrate the brand new Mr. & Mrs. Mattingley.
