Where do I even begin on how to describe the stunning details of Lyani & Darren's wedding? The color palette was white, gold, coral, mint, blush and gray. Lyani's gown is one of my all time favorites, and in fact, each detail was hand made and designed by the talented Ashaka Givens, who personally made sure every stitch was perfect. The entire day from getting ready through their sparkler exit was so much fun because their joy and love for each other is literally infectious. The girls were in different shades of light blush, ivory and white dresses and the boys in gray suits with cool socks and gray converse. Everything was at Bella Collina which is kind of a hidden treasure in Florida, but looks like scene straight out of Tuscany. As Lyani walked in with her dad and he lifted the veil, Darren might have had a little tear. All the girls can sing, I heard them during getting ready:-) But, her maid of honor belted out a gorgeous song during the ceremony, no instruments needed. After their were the official Mr & Mrs Howard and had just walked out of the ceremony they turned and had the sweetest moment. Darren's son Avery might have stolen the show in his mini converse! Lyani is a designer, and had her style and details incorporated into each part of the day. I love sineage and stationary and she had all different ones that welcomed guests, thanked them, honored guests who couldn't be there, and sweet treats as everyone left. The tables each different sized glass over a birds nest and florals and the unique lighting pattern the covered the ceiling set the tone. Lyani and Darren each had a surprise up their sleeve that neither of them knew about. Just after entering the reception Lyani and her bridesmaids did the traditional Puerto Rican Bomba dancing for Darren. I already had posted some of Darren's surprise to her, but if you didn't see it I still posted some of his surprise fireworks, seriously I have never seen anyone happier or more surprised than Lyani was, it was awesome! One last surprise Lyani had for her girlfriends was that instead of throwing just one bouquet I think it was actually 7! Good thing too because these girls were serious about that bouquet toss. Each bouquet also had a tag with a little message on it as well. There were so many amazing moments, tears of joy, and laughter! Congrats Darren & Lyani it was the perfect day and we were honored to be a part of it!
