Mill Pond Estate | Marry Me Tampa Bay Branding Event

Marry Me Tampa Bay put together a really fun event for our wedding industry pros to get some sparkly new headshots and we got to be one of the photographers. It was hosted at the gorgeous and new Mill Pond Estate wedding venue. The awesome ladies from Femme Akoi were on site to get everyone camera ready with hair/makeup and they did a phenomenal job as always.

Remember that day end of January that was a little drizzly, cold, and gray the entire day? Well, for us, it was lighting perfection! This event was 11-1:00pm so there could have been shadows and sunlight and such but since it was completely overcast it was so amazing.

This was a “headshot” event but really was a personal branding session with lots of different pretty backdrops to really bring out each person's personality. I absolutely love doing these types of sessions because I love helping people feel comfortable and confident of who they are. That’s what you need to show on your website and social media as that’s the first place people see you. I chose just a few favs of each of these lovely ladies I got to photograph, some I’ve known and have been friendors (which is what we call wedding vendors who become friends:-) with for years and some I had just met and will not get to be friendors with.
