Michelle and Rasheed’s wedding was a blast. Seriously, this was SUCH a fun group! The day started with the pair getting prepped for the day at the Aloft Hotel nearby (on Kennedy Blvd). Despite having an more intimate guest list (around 80), they still had a good sized wedding party - five on each side.

Before the vows, we snagged some pictures of each side of the wedding party. For the ladies, we took advantage of the beautiful rooftop space at The Florida Aquarium. We explored the rest of the foliage-covered spaces and unique alcoves too, but we just LOVE the rooftop so much!

For the gents, we perused some of the indoor spaces, as well as some of the walkways. One of my favorite pictures of the bunch? The very interested (in Rasheed) Pelican. HA!

After vows, we snapped the family formals, some more wedding party pictures and then a bit more time for portraits!

Then, it was party time! We love that the Florida aquarium has an indoor-outdoor space. It is PERFECT in October. Such dream weather and beautiful natural light! Tables were a bright, crisp white, accented with a variety of blue, pink and greenery accents. Their succulent favors also acted as place cards - so cute!
