Seminole Heights Engagement Session | Natalie and Nate @ Mandarin Heights
When it comes to capturing love stories, there's something extra special about photographing a couple at a place that holds deep meaning for them. For Natalie and Nathan, that place is Mandarin Heights, in Seminole Heights, where their journey together began. It was a joy to photograph their engagement session at this unique venue, surrounded by the charm and nostalgia of their first meeting.
The staff at Mandarin Heights were incredibly welcoming, allowing us to explore and use all the cool spots around the venue. One of my absolute favorites was the greenery wall, complete with a vintage bathtub and whimsical flamingo art. It's such a fun and quirky backdrop that perfectly suited Natalie and Nathan's personalities.
Natalie and I go way back. We first met when she was one of the catering sales managers at the Florida Aquarium. I had the pleasure of working alongside her at many amazing weddings, and we've been friends ever since. Seeing her with Nathan, it's clear how much they adore each other. Their connection is palpable, and it was such a treat to witness their love as they sipped old fashioned cocktails and reminisced about their very first date.
Their engagement session was filled with laughter, sweet moments, and a few nostalgic stories. Nathan clearly adores Natalie and it makes me so happy that she has found someone as amazing as she is!! It's couples like these that make me love what I do. Extra bonus in their indoor lounge area there was even Gazelle with a disco ball.
